Pumpkin Spice
Dalgona Coffee
Recipe:
Pumpkin "milk" portion:

1.5 cups milk of choice

2 TBSP canned pumpkin

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice OR 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 tsp allspice.

3 packets sweetener OR 1 TBSP sugar

Optional: Ice for "iced" latte, OR heat up after mixing for hot latte base.
Dalgona Coffee portion:
-
1 TBSP instant coffee
-
1 TBSP hot water
-
1 TBSP sugar
In a large bowl, use a hand mixer or whisk to combine milk, pumpkin, spices, and sugar.
Pour into large drinking glass. Top with ice or heat up if hot drink preffered.
In the same bowl, beat together Dalgona Coffee ingredients until stiff peaks form. Pour on top of glass, pulling peak up with whisk or beater used to form a peak.
